Eye cream/balm is one of the most important skin care products that I put on often and I know it is advised that using one pump is all you need for both eyes. I would actually put more on and I apply it around each of my eyes. When I get to work I even apply more before I apply my makeup. Yes, you can say I am almost obsessed with my eye creams. The more hydrated the eye area is, the less risk of getting wrinkles. Vichy Aqualia Thermal Awakening Eye Balm comes in a small pump. It has a gel texture and it is light and absorbs really fast. It is not greasy but it does feel like it contains silicone because it leaves a satin finish like a primer.
Another product I also love is the Aqualia Thermal (eau) mulsion. I apply it after my serum. It is very light and very hydrating. Emulsion is basically like a serum and more concentrated than essence. I like to apply a couple of serums for different reasons and then apply the emulsion. Then I would apply my evening cream to finish off my nightly routine. It is very light weight so you can wear it both morning and night.
Vichy Mineralizing Thermal Water is a must have all year round. They even sell in a travel size for little emergencies I seem to get when I am at work. My office is extremely dry and drinking a gallon of water does not help. When I am really dehydrated my eyes start to squint. I already have my makeup on and I hate to take it off and reapply so I could put on some more moisturizer. The best solution is to spray Vichy Mineralizing Thermal Water on my face. The can creates a nice mist. It helps my skin until I get home and remove my makeup so I can apply some moisturizer. This has become a lifesaver and I keep a bottle at my desk and I use it all the time.
